Getting Started
Part 1 - Log in to your Aquifer account
Access the Aquifer web application here: https://app.aquifer.cloud/
If you’ve come this far, we've created a user using your email. Assuming your company uses Microsoft or Google as your email provider, you should be able to SSO by clicking "Sign In With Microsoft" or "Sign In With Google”. If you’d prefer to use an email/password combo let support know and we’ll set that up for you.
Keep an Aquifer tab open and ready to create the connections to Assignar and Acumatica.

Part 2 - Connect Assignar to Aquifer
Part 3 - Connect Acumatica to Aquifer
- Create a user in Acumatica for Aquifer to use or use an existing user.
- Go to Aquifer - based on the login from the first part
- Click “Connect”
- Select Acumatica clicking the “Connect” on top of Acumatica
- Give it a name like “acumatica” or like “acumatica_sandbox” if you have multiple environments
- Click “Next”
- Fill out the connection form
- Base URL - The URL you use to access Acumatica in your web browser. Ex https://mycompany.acumatica.com/
- Username - The Acumatica username
- Password - The Acumatica password
